Frequently Asked NBN Questions

Can I relocate my NBN box?

As a general, yes, but it also depends on a few key aspects;

  1. You can only relocate the NBN box at the same property, it cannot be shifted to a new address.
  2. It may depend on how far you need to relocate the NBN box.
  3. There are some spots that are not possible such as; moving to a bathroom

Are there any alternatives to moving my NBN?

Yes. It really depends on why you need it moved.

Is it for speed or aesthetics?

If it is for speed we may be able to run cabling so that it sits closer to your office area.

What area do you cover for NBN relocations?

I currently service Tweed to Byron Bay. External areas in Northern NSW such as Lismore or Ballina are possible but will incur additional travel charges.

Unfortunately no but I'm happy to take your calls, so please feel free to call or text to discuss your requirements.
